WONDERING WHO'S REGISTERED SO FAR? CHECK OUT THE LIST OF COMMUNITY MINDED WOMEN HERE.
THE EVENING AGENDA:
- Registration/Doors open beginning at 6:00pm.
- You will receive your ballot in exchange for your cheque (leave the recipient blank) for $100. You may also use cash if you prefer. (If you are unable to attend, but have contributed $100, you may designate a friend to cast your vote for you).
- You are invited to arrive between 6:00pm and 7pm to chat with the other members. This is a great opportunity to check out the applicants in the display area before the speeches and voting begin!
- At 7:00pm, the formal part of the meeting begins. All applicants will have 3 minutes to give you their best reasons to vote for their cause.
- After the speeches, the vote will take place. You simply select the one group you would most like to be successful and receive the funds donated.
- While the votes are being tallied, you will hear the reports from last years' winners and hope your name is pulled for some wonderful prizes.
- Results of the vote are announced, and that's it! We hope that will be no later than 9:00pm.
